(Czarnobyl), René Meyer (rmyr) as well as Bartlomiej Stypka, who have dedicated themselves to meticulous hand-cut stencil art. Even though the stencil technique is similar, the results of the three artists could hardly be more different. Classic figurative motifs, as one usually associates with stencil art, are looked for in vain. Here, reality, abstraction and fictionality meet in the form of a visual spectrum with almost photorealistic attention to detail.
